The town of Warendorf is planning to extend the Everword elementary school in Freckenhorst with a 1 to 3-storey extension. This will house learning, administration and social rooms as well as a canteen and library, and the new buildings will be constructed on the site of the previously demolished OGS and administration buildings. These envisage a U-shaped development with a new administration wing and a single-storey all-day area, which will continue the existing building structure. The technical centers will be installed in the part of the building adjacent to the existing building with a basement, and the tender includes the installation of the lightning protection and earthing systems for the new building.
