The town of Warendorf is planning to extend the Everword elementary school in Freckenhorst with a 1 to 3-storey extension. This will house learning, administration and social rooms as well as a canteen and library, and the new buildings will be constructed on the site of the previously demolished OGS and administration buildings. These envisage a U-shaped development with a new administration wing and a single-storey all-day area, which will continue the existing building structure. The technical centers will be installed in the part of the building with a basement adjacent to the existing building, and a passenger elevator in accordance with DIN 18040 Part 1 and EN 81-70 Type 2 will be installed in the administration area for barrier-free access to the basement and first floor for a restricted group of people. The tender includes the delivery and installation of all components necessary for the operation of the elevator.
