Description
The town of Fürstenwalde is planning to renovate and expand the existing rowing club. The aim is to create a joint water sports center for the local rowing club and the local dragon boat clubs. For this purpose, following partial demolition of the existing facility, a new social wing with changing rooms, showers, toilets, a multi-purpose room and a club room is to be added to the existing building and integrated into the existing premises. The work described in the lot includes the exterior plastering work for approx. 190 m² of lime-cement lightweight plaster and approx. 85 m² of ETICS façade on the existing wall, including plastering work and base sealing.
