Description

The town of Bad Münstereifel, Marktstraße 11-15, D-53902 Bad Münstereifel intends to renovate the school canteen at the Konvikt school center, Trierer Straße 16, D-53902 Bad Münstereifel. The canteen was completely destroyed by the floods last year and is divided into two areas. On the one hand there is the kitchen area with an area of approx. 98 m² and on the other hand the canteen area with an area of approx. 208 m². The required partition walls as well as the supports and ceiling cladding are to be constructed using drywall construction. the present tender concerns the services for the painting and varnishing work, interior plastering, floor covering work and the work on the thermal insulation composite system. the reinforced concrete wall surfaces are to be finished with gypsum plaster. The partial areas of the wall surface are then primed, wallpapered with decorative glass fabric and painted. The remaining wall surfaces in the kitchen area are tiled. Built-in door frames are to be painted, and the ceiling surfaces in the school center will be partially constructed as plasterboard ceilings on site, which will frame the grid ceiling surfaces. These plasterboard ceilings are to be coated with non-woven paint. In the kitchen area, the aforementioned grid ceiling is to cover the entire surface. A vinyl floor covering is to be laid on the new screed in the canteen area, and the existing external thermal insulation composite system is damaged or missing due to the flooding and the windows and doors that have already been installed, meaning that these small areas need to be repaired.This project is a measure funded by the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and the Federal Republic of Germany to repair damage to public and private infrastructure and for reconstruction on the occasion of the severe rain and flood disaster in July 2021 (Fördermittelrichtlinie (FRL) Wiederaufbau Nordrhein-Westfalen) from September 10, 2021.
