The subject of the tender is the organization of uphill courses "Movement made easy" with the aim of introducing participants to movement and their first experiences with low-threshold sporting activities. The following theoretical and practical content is to be taught in the courses:- Functional gymnastics- Stretching- Mobility exercises- Light strengthening exercises- Balance exercises- Exercises that can be easily integrated into everyday life/at homeThe units are to be held hybrid (live streaming, see here under Equipment) in order to be able to guarantee continuous course participation for participants who would otherwise not be able to reliably attend the appointments in person due to their inhibitions. In addition, the online streams of 3 courses (the first course of each year) will be recorded in their entirety so that they can be made available to other participants as part of the project. 60-minute taster sessions will be held before each course to give interested participants the opportunity to get to know the course content and try out various exercises depending on the needs of the participants.
