The subject of the tender is the supply and processing of priced and non-priced media as well as related services for the Potsdam City and State Library over a service period of 4 years using various order types within the framework of the budget available per year.The Potsdam City and State Library consists of the following locations:- Main Library in the Education Forum with the areas- Children's World (up to 12 years)- Youth Floor (13 to 18 years)- Fiction- Specialist Media- Video Library- Music Library- Brandenburgica- Am Stern Branch Library- Waldstadt Branch Library.The tender is divided into two lots.Lot 5: Magazines ordered by subscription.Lot 6: Books and sheet music for the Music Library ordered by purchase. Bids can be submitted for all or one lot. There is no limit to the number of lots.
