Description
The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement with an external partner to carry out the conversion from SAP R/3 ERP (currently incl. IS-H) to SAP S/4 HANA with connection to the HIS ORBIS (Dedalus) from conceptual design to implementation. The University Hospital Cologne AöR (hereinafter also referred to as UKK) is looking for support for the project duration for the following project phases:- Conceptualization of overarching topics- Detailed conceptualization (ERP modules currently in use: FI (incl. PS/GM), CO, MM, WM, SD, IS-H) as well as connections to SAP SRM (possibly SAP Ariba or alternative product) and SAP HCM - Implementation support incl. customizing, test management, data migration and cutover- Hypercare support (according to GO LIVE)
