Description
The subject of the tender is relocation services.
The main building of the Cologne Chamber of Industry and Commerce is currently housed in the building at Unter Sachsenhausen 10-26 in the city center and is to be completely renovated between 2025 and 2028. As a result, a move to interim premises in the immediate vicinity is planned for this period. In addition, the location of the IHK Cologne training center at Eupener Straße 157 is to be vacated by the end of 2024 and also relocated to the interim quarters.
The operational relocation services are to be carried out in October 2024 and December 2024.
