Description

The Stiftung Gebäudeensemble Joachimsthalsches Gymnasium Templin (est) is planning to use the listed buildings and possibly the grounds of the former Fürstenschule as a European boarding school in the future. To this end, the existing buildings and rooms need to be redesigned, taking into account the educational concept. To this end, the listed existing buildings are to be extensively renovated in several construction phases and supplemented with new buildings that fit in with the surroundings. The outdoor facilities are also to be planned in line with the educational concept; however, this is not the subject of this tender.
A master plan for the est was drawn up in 2020 together with the architecture firm Kühn-von Kaehne und Lange and the planning office Kroschewski Holzrichter, which was subsequently revised in 2022 and 2023 based on the development of the educational concept. This was carried out by experts from the fields of education and school construction. The aim was to optimize the use of space and functions in the new and existing buildings.
Based on these approaches, various planning services are now to be put out to tender, probably in ten lots across Europe:
- Project planning for buildings including color reports and restoration support as well as inventory
- fire protection
- Structural design and building physics
- Engineering structures Development planning
- Interior lighting design
- Technical equipment AG 1 to 3 and 7 (excluding kitchen planning)
- Technical equipment AG 4, 5, 6 and 8 (excluding lighting design)
- Project management
- Certification auditor\/sustainability consulting if necessary
- Roof refurbishment
In addition, there are smaller expert and consulting services that are not put out to tender Europe-wide according to the so-called 20 percent contingent.

Description of the procurement:
The subject of this tender in lot 7 is planning services for the technical equipment of the
- System group 4: Power installations (excluding lighting design)
- System group 5: Telecommunications and information technology systems
- System group 6: Conveyor systems
- System group 8: Building automation
for the refurbishment and reorganization of the building ensemble Joachimsthalsches Gymnasium Templin. The technical equipment services are to be based on the building planning tendered in lot 1. The contract will be awarded for the technical equipment services in work phases 1 to 9. The contract will be awarded in stages.
