The six- and four-storey residential building is located on the site of the former House 3. Consisting of two individual buildings (A/B and C/D), the structure is integrated into the existing university campus as an independent residential quarter. The four-storey building sections will have a full basement, with access from the two central entrance foyers via the main staircases or via the elevators to the residential floors, so that all residential units are barrier-free. There are additional stairwells at the gables to ensure structural escape routes. The escape and rescue routes are designed in accordance with the applicable regulations.
