The scope of works involves the construction of 1 no. 4G synthetic GAA pitch, 2G synthetic surface concource areas, Sports Air Dome and all associated civil works

• Site Cut & Fill Works
• Synthetic Pitch/2G drainage
• Site Drainage (including construction of headwall outfall)
• Installation of 4G synthetic Pitch/ 2G concourse Areas, Gym areas
• Installation of services to Dome location
• Installation of grit access roads
• Installation of all concrete ramps & access to the Dome location
• Installation of all site furniture
• Installation of foul sewer connections (future use)
• Installation for foul pumping station
• Installation or internal pitch furnishing (goal posts, seating, Gym equipment etc.)
• Installation of site fencing, handrailing etc.
• Installation of concrete plinths for Air Dome plant & equipment
• Installation of all necessary ducting
• Design, excavation and installation of concrete ring beam
• Design and installation of air dome
• Design and installation of all necessary plant & equipment for air dome at locations identified on tender drawings (plinths)
• Design and installation of interior Dome lighting (as per performance specification)
• Design and installation of all revolving, vehicular and emergency exit doors to Air dome as indicated on the tender drawings.
• Testing and commissioning of all plant, equipment and air dome prior to handover.
• Installation of ball stop hooks and netting in internal air dome fabric
• Installation of advertising hooks on internal dome fabric
