Description
The roofs of the three blocks of flats at Artur-Becker-Ring 4-8; 9-13 and 14-18 are to be renovated. The existing roof covering is to be covered with bitumen regeneration membranes and a primer. In addition, the gutters, downpipes, exits and sheet metal are to be renewed and the connections to the sanitary ventilators and chimneys are to be professionally restored as part of the renovation work. During the construction work, the specialist company Werksvertretung & Gründachverlegung Frank Ulbig will install securties on the roofs, which will also need to be sealed.
