The municipality of Blankenfelde-Mahlow intends to convert an existing freight forwarding building. In one half a fire station is to be created and in the other a workshop for the municipality. The office of the former forwarding agency building extends over the ground floor and 1st floor, adjoining it is the warehouse with workshop. In the course of the construction work, the existing low-temperature boiler will be replaced by a new gas condensing boiler. In the course of the conversion work, a new sanitary section will be built on the ground floor, and the sanitary fixtures on the first floor will be renewed.Scope of this invitation to tender: Supply and installation of the heating and sanitary system in the building:- 1 gas condensing boiler with hot water tank approx. 35 kW output for the office wing - approx. 3 pieces of radiators - approx. 3 pieces of air heaters - approx. 185 m stainless steel piping for the heating distribution lines - approx. 50 m multilayer composite piping - approx. 145 m stainless steel piping for the drinking water distribution lines - approx. 100 m PP pipe and PE pipe for the waste water lines - approx. 30 pieces of sanitary objects Supply and installation of the ventilation systems in the object:- 2 pieces of tube ventilator (air volume per: 560 m3/h) - 7 pieces of single room ventilator (air volume per: 100 m3/h) - approx. 25 m of ventilation pipe, flexible - approx. 113 m of spiral duct - approx. 11 pieces of constant volume flow controller - approx. 18 pieces of poppet valves - 1 piece of server cooling For detailed information, see the specification of services and the list of services of the tender documents.
