Description
The Kanaltheater is known for its unconventional productions with a large number of everyday experts from diverse backgrounds. Punkers, university professors, Foerster and others. Together with a professional artistic team, they create great theater evenings on socially virulent topics and at the same time low-threshold, fun and musically wild. The Kanaltheater has now received a three-year grant from the Ministry of Science, Research and Culture of the State of Brandenburg as a cultural anchor point in Barnim. We will develop a broad network from 2023 to 2026. With this project, we want to pass on our conceptual and cultural policy expertise as well as gain new expertise together with network partners. It is about sustainability, resources, participation, knowledge transfer and the strengthening of artistic formats of dialog. Exchange formats make it possible to get to know each other and are held alongside a sustainability culture camp, an independent performing arts festival and cultural education workshops. In 2024, we will start with the exchange formats and a first Ciltur Camp Sustainability. The artistic responsibility lies with Katja Kettner, Heike Scharpff and Kai Jahns.
For the conceptual design and implementation of the Culture Camp Sustainability, which will take place from 27 to 29.6.24 at the Rofinpark in Eberswalde, we are looking for a culturally enthusiastic team of two for the task of project management.
