The Institute of Inland Fisheries e.V. Potsdam-Sacrow intends to contract out the services of occupational medical care and occupational safety to a demonstrably qualified service provider from 01.01.2024. The institute employs an average of 35 employees (WZ key 72.19).It is planned to conclude a framework agreement on the provision of services for occupational medical and safety care for the institute's employees in accordance with the job description pursuant to ASiG § 3 for company physicians and § 6 for occupational safety specialists as well as DGUV regulation 2 in line with the currently applicable legal provisions.It is planned to conclude the framework agreement for a period of two years with the option of extending it twice to a maximum of six years. The contract covers both basic support services and company-specific support services. The overall supervision comprises the support of the institute in occupational health and safety and accident prevention in all matters of occupational health and safety. In particular:1. advising the institute's management and other persons responsible for occupational health and safety and accident prevention,2. carrying out preventive medical examinations of employees according to their job descriptions in accordance with the legal time requirements (usually 3 years) and the resulting occupational medical assessment and advice,3. inspecting and testing the workplace at regular intervals (once a year) with regard to occupational health and safety and accident prevention,4. The annual instruction as agreed and the participation in meetings of the company's on-site occupational safety committee (once a year for occupational medicine, twice a year for occupational safety)5. The preparation of an annual report on the deficiencies found and the need for changes.In addition, we ask for the indication of special qualifications of the potential contractor (e.g. fire protection assistant training, safety inspection of rolling racks, etc.). Due to the company-specific conditions, fixed contact persons for the areas of occupational medicine and occupational safety are desired in each case. The services are largely provided at the institute's headquarters at Im Königswald 2 in 14469 Potsdam OT Groß Glienicke. Services that cannot be provided on site are to be limited to a necessary minimum. The hours of care are to be specified with an allowance of 60 min per time unit of care hour. Please provide a quotation for the annual service as a package, stating separately the number of on-site supervision hours, other activities (e.g. reporting), occupational health check-ups and the hourly rate. In addition, please state the hourly rate for the provision of any additional hours required over and above the planned basic and company-specific support - in each case separately for the occupational safety specialist and the occupational medical support. These hours require prior agreement and confirmation by the client. In addition, we request information on whether travel expenses are incurred or how travel times are calculated.
