The U.S. Government currently occupies retail and related space in a building under lease in LAWTON, OKLAHOMA, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.

The Government Seeks Approximately 4100 SF of Retail Space within the City of LAWTON, OK, for Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps Recruiting Offices. Lease Term will be 5 years with a 30-day termination notice and must be full-service, to include utilities and janitorial service. Turn-key tenant allowance is needed, in exchange for full or partial lump-sum reimbursement.
