The following work has already been carried out on site:
- Dismantling of the existing building
- Explosive ordnance sounding
- Bored pile walls
- soldier pile walls
- Dewatering
- Excavation work
- Sanitary containers
- General site equipment

Dewatering is carried out via wells outside the excavation pit and relief wells inside the excavation pit. The wells outside the excavation pit must remain accessible at all times.

The tendered work includes the following areas:
- Electrical engineering work in the new building section F
- Construction of a new electrical power supply center for the entire property
- Data connection to existing building

The existing building is equipped with a "Siemens Desigo" building automation system. The new building will therefore be equipped to be compatible with the existing system, thus expanding it. The building automation is essentially intended to control the following systems
- Heating\/cooling
- ventilation
- sun protection
- lighting
The services are to be calculated and provided as a complete trade, including cabling, connections, commissioning and ancillary services ready for operation.
