The following services are to be provided as part of the planning: A new four-storey school extension with a gross floor area of approx. 4,700 m² is to be planned at Hauptstraße 61-64a, in 16548 Glienicke/Nordbahn (parcel 003; plot 245/1). Please consider the attached documents regarding the cost estimate, area calculation, plans and project description in your calculation. We require a specialist planner for fire protection. In accordance with AHO (Booklet No. 17 "Services for fire protection", 12/2022), we require a quotation for engineering services for conceptual fire protection, the aim of which is to submit a fire protection concept that can be positively reviewed by the building inspectorate. We assume that the building will be assigned to building class 5, so that the structural proofs and the construction must be checked by a test engineer. Special building features according to BbgBO §2 (4) numbers 3, 6, 7, 13 must be taken into account. The application of the Assembly Venues Ordinance is planned.
