Description

The following service description consists of a total of five modules: Module 1 provides annual support for the necessary certification of police riders and service horses. The other modules contain training units that build on each other thematically. For all modules, the service provider provides an instructor with at least the trainer authorization -A-, specializing in classical riding training (Trainer A). The majority of the training units can take place on the premises of the North Rhine-Westphalia Police Riding Squadron (LRSt NRW). Module 5 should be carried out externally.Module 1: Certifications on the premises of the LRSt NRWRequirement for the service provider Specialist advice from the examination board for the certifications of the LRSt NRW.Time frameOnce or twice a yearModule 2: Individual equestrian training on the LRSt NRW propertyRequirement for the service provider- Remount training- Gymnastics, targeted development of back muscles- Training to keep horses healthy- Individual riding lessons if requiredTime frameTwo times a week- Six training sessions of 30 minutes each (individual lessons for young horse riders)- Six training sessions of 30 minutes each (two riders per session)Module 3: Basic course as preparation for riding in the saddle, if necessary Riding units with video analysis and final discussion including documentation- Individual riding and theory units, adapted to the training objectives of the respective rider/horse- Dressage, show jumping and/or cross-country riding with different focusesIn addition to the theoretical and practical teaching of riding theory, training in coordination and balance should also take place, both without and in transfer with the horse.These skills and abilities should be trained in the simulator as well as with the horse under the influence of various stress factors, including training the rider's peripheral vision under different conditions.TimeframeTwelve riding training sessions per year with six riders eachModule 4: Advanced course as preparation for riding in a riding train (riding frame); external location if necessaryRequirements for the service provider- Riding sessions with video analysis and final discussion incl. documentation Documentation- Selected dressage lessons (forehand turn, backwards, shoulder-in, leg yields, section quadrille riding), show jumping and cross-country riding (narrow jumps, riding in pairs side by side - parallel, riding in the riding frame with various obstacles, steps, water crossing)All riding and theory units should be individually adapted to the training goals of the respective rider/horse.Time frame- A total of 14 training sessions per year, of which twelve training sessions with six riders in the saddle, of which two training sessions with 36 riders in the saddleModule 5: Training in the cavalcade; external locationThe training in the cavalcade should take place as part of a 2-day advanced training event. Various riding and theory units build on each other as shown below.Day 1: Riding unit in the riding frameThe rider must go through various stations (query of the elements of modules 3 and 4).The stations are supplemented as follows:- Stress under stress- tactical trainingRiding unit in the riding train frameCombining and intensifying the contents of module 4 supplemented by- Stress under stress- tactical trainingThe respective training sessions are to be analyzed and evaluated. (ACTUAL analysis, video evaluation)The findings are to be presented briefly at the end of each unit and explained in detail at the end of the training day.Day 2: Riding unit in the cavalcade frameRepetition of the riding unit from the previous day, taking into account the potential for improvement identifiedFinal discussion including minutesTime frame- Two events per year, each with 18 riders in the cavalcade- Two training daysSpecial features- External implementation at the service provider- Use of the training horses or accommodation of the service horsesOther requirements for the service provider- Training location is to be reached in approx. 1 hour by horse and cart- The trainer speaks German- The service provider has sufficient references (proof of cooperation with the police)- The service provider provides a training area for a cavalcade- Keeps and provides training horses- Accommodation for service horses- The service provider is no more than 75 km away from the LRSt NRW property
