Description

The federally listed customs hall building including the administrative wing of the former main customs office in Munich, Landsbergerstr. 124, is to be refurbished and used as a customs office building. The aim of the refurbishment and conversion is to create optimized office space and a small amount of storage space. Due to the building's age and wear and tear, the technical building systems and installations as well as the building envelope and interiors need to be comprehensively refurbished.
The fees are based on the scope of services tendered. We are currently in service phase 2.
