Description

The existing building is a MUR (mobile teaching unit) of the Grundschule am Schleipfuhl elementary school. The MUR was built around 1997 as a two-storey building without a basement with a total of 8 classrooms and has a gross floor area of 795 m².
The following refurbishment measures are planned:
- Refurbishment of the building with regard to fire protection requirements
- Refurbishment of the building envelope including replacement of the windows
- Renovation of the sanitary facilities including the addition of a barrier-free WC
- Other renovation measures
- Renewal of the building technology
The following services are to be provided by the planning office or planning team:
- Basic services of object planning in fee zone II according to HOAI 2021 (§ 34ff. HOAI, in conjunction with Annex 10) in service phases 1- 8 as well as special services and consulting services
- Special services of the object planning.
- Building physics services (thermal insulation and energy balancing)
