Description
The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment (DETE) is seeking to contract expert/s for the independent evaluation of Deadweight in the Department’s Economic Appraisal Model (EAM) which will deliver on the aims and objectives as identified in Part A ‘Terms of Reference’ for the Evaluation of Deadweight. The expertise sought is expected to provide a robust evidence base which will provide an accurate assessment and understanding of Deadweight, the Deadweight categories, and the EAM.
