Description
The establishment of regular monitoring of plant protection products (PPPs) is necessary to implement the reduction strategy for synthetic chemical plant protection products and the associated goal of "halving the quantity applied by 2030" (Coalition Agreement of the 7th Legislature, line 3913 ff.).Furthermore, the Agriculture Ministers' Conference of October 2015 (Top 39) states that certain pesticide active substances such as pendimethalin or prosulfocarb are transported over long distances by thermals and wind due to their high volatility and can lead to increased residues in crops that have not been treated with the active substances. In accordance with the AMK resolution, comprehensive monitoring of pesticide active substances in the air is being sought. In addition, the monitoring of plant protection products contributes to the precaution and safeguarding of organic farming. Organic farms should coexist with conventional farms and the introduction of pesticides into organic farming should be avoided. The requested expert opinion on filter media analysis is intended to continue the continuous and discontinuous recording of PPPs as part of the state monitoring. The analytical implementation was recently tested for feasibility and assurance of results using selected problematic substances.1 The following services are required for the task outlined above:1. analysis results of a) 44 PUF samples by 15.12.2024b) 50 PUF samples by 15.12.2025c) 50 PUF samples by 15.12.2026d) 50 PUF samples by 15.12.20272. Analysis results of a) 44 PEF samples (one PEF sample contains four PEF filter disks each) by 15.12.2024b) 50 PEF samples (one PEF sample contains four PEF filter disks each) by 15.12.2025c) 50 PEF samples (one PEF sample contains four PEF filter disks each) by 15.12.2026d) 50 PEF samples (one PEF sample contains four PEF filter disks each) by 15.12.2027
