Germany - The district of Recklinghausen is planning the Recklinghausen district hall in four construction phases

Description

The district of Recklinghausen is planning to renovate the Recklinghausen district hall in four construction phases. The first section was vacated in January 2023 and has been undergoing refurbishment since then. The move to the renovated part is scheduled for June 2025. This relocation service and the subsequent, largely internal relocation services are to be awarded as part of this tender. The relocations will mainly take place before and/or after the respective renovation measures, but there may also be partial relocations in the meantime, e.g. from external properties and storage facilities. However, as the exact volume of removals and the required services cannot be conclusively determined at present, a framework agreement will be concluded between the client and a contractor, which will enable the flexible call-off of the required removal services over a contract period of 4 years from the time the contract is concluded. The framework agreement should mainly cover relocation services for the second and third construction phases. Removal services after the refurbishment of the 4th construction phase (BT C) are not the subject of this award due to the 4-year contract term and the currently forecast performance periods. According to the current general schedule, the following periods for the required main relocation services can currently be assumed. It should be noted that dates for the years 2026 ff. in particular are subject to increased forecasting uncertainty. Please refer to the tender documents for further details.
