Description

The district administration is obliged to maintain all business processes even in internal emergency and crisis situations in order to meet its legal obligations to citizens, authorities and other institutions. Against this background, it is intended to implement a pragmatic emergency management system to ensure the continuity of business operations (Business Continuity Management - BCM), based on one or more of the following standards:BSI Standard 200-4BSI Standard 100-4ISO 22301ISO 27001 The invitation to tender is for the technical support of an external service provider to assist the district administration with the introduction of a BCM/emergency management system by taking stock, evaluating the collected results and presenting the current situation of the administration with regard to existing precautionary activities. Subsequently, a report based on these results is to be drawn up, outlining the need for further action. This need for action forms the basis for the subsequent second tender with the aim of introducing a holistic BCM/emergency management system in the district administration. The external service provider's other tasks include, in particular, holding a kick-off event with the district administration's managers and developing a framework for the district administration. The service provider's activities can be carried out both on-site and remotely.
