The Defense Information Systems Agency/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization's (DISA/DITCO), 2020 Southwest Asia (SWA) Telecommunications Critical Infrastructure Symposium on March 10 - 12, 2020 in Manama, Bahrain.

SCOPE:
This Request for Information (RFI) is to assist DISA/DITCO in seeking industry feedback and interest in attending the 2020 SWA Telecommunications Critical Infrastructure Symposium on March 10 - 12, 2020 in Manama, Bahrain.
• Improve industry's understanding of DISA's mission.
• Allow industry an opportunity to openly communicate with the Government innovative strategies, best practices for engineering and cyber security.
• Strengthen our relationships and learn about how we can help each other.
The specific industry we would like to identify are those companies who are either registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) or currently conducting business under the defined North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 517311 (previously 517110), Wired Telecommunications Carriers (as defined at website http://www.naics.com/search); or are interested in conducting business in this industry in Southwest Asia.

ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS:
During the Symposium, DISA will conduct breakout sessions to answer any questions or comments. The intent of these one-on-one sessions is to give industry an opportunity to present the Government with comments, suggestions and provide answers to Government's pre-submitted questions. Industry briefings should include:
1. Answers to Government's pre-submitted Questions.
2. Suggestions about improving operations in SWA.
3. Industry best practices for engineering, development, and cybersecurity as it relates to operational capabilities.

SCOPE OF EFFORT:
Morning: Check-in, welcome remarks, and presentations.
Afternoon: Breakout Sessions/private meetings. Attendees will have the opportunity to speak with senior leaders, program managers, and DITCO contract representatives.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Attendance is limited to pre-registered companies only. No walk-ins will be admitted.
