The CONTRACTOR undertakes to render its professional services by providing support to the Ministry of the Interior, in the Prior Consultation Department and review of documents of a social nature in each of the phases of the Prior Consultation process in areas where there is a presence of Ethnic Groups and where it is intended to carry out works or project activities in the infrastructure sector, by natural or legal persons, which may generate social, cultural, spiritual and environmental impacts.
