Description

The construction project is part of the overall project "New construction of the California Inland Promenade (T-Concept)", which is being funded by the state's economic development program.
With this tender, the main part of the civil engineering and landscaping services for the above-mentioned project will be awarded. The construction project includes the following services:
Demolition work: approx. 2,500m2 asphalt demolition, approx. 2,000m2 demolition of concrete paving, approx. 2,500m2 clearing of grass and wooded areas.
Earthworks: Removal of approx. 3800m3 of topsoil, soil, backfill and base layers.
Base courses: Installation of approx. 5,800m2 of frost protection and base layers.
Paved areas: Construction of approx. 6,000m2 of clinker paving.
Building structures: Construction of 6 staircases with concrete block steps and handrails.
Sewage systems: approx. 270m open channels, approx. 400m box channels.
Electrical installations: Street lighting system (40 mast lights), 5 fixed distribution boards and associated house connections.
Vegetation areas: 640m2 wooded areas, 410m2 shrub areas, 750m2 seeded areas.
