The city of Langenhagen intends to rebuild, renovate and extend the existing Brinker School at Angerstraße 12 in 30851 Langenhagen with new buildings. In the first construction phase, the Forum building (3,086 m² gross floor area), secondary level 1 (10,184 m² gross floor area), the three-court sports hall (3,020 m² gross floor area) and the heating center will be built. Renovation and conversion work will be carried out in the second construction phase. Forum: 2-storey rectangular building with main kitchen and canteen as well as two teaching kitchens, assembly hall and music rooms; secondary level 1: 5-form elementary school as a three-storey building with central inner courtyard, learning halls with adjoining classrooms and differentiation rooms, as well as teacher stations and sanitary cores; the building is divided into two fire compartments by means of an inner fire wall; 3-field sports hall: School and club sports hall; changing and wet room area, as well as other ancillary rooms on the ground floor; technical area, as well as multifunctional and theory room on the 1st floor.
