The city of Emsdetten is inviting tenders for the creation of a "Roadmap - Climate-neutral building operation 2038" for the municipal properties of the city of Emsdetten. this roadmap must set out how (renovation roadmaps and compensation measures) and at what cost (personnel requirements, financial expenditure and savings) the city of Emsdetten will achieve the goal of climate-neutral building operation in the sense of balance sheet greenhouse gas neutrality by 2038 at the latest, as decided by the council.The starting point is around 2,400 tCO2e, taking into account the purchase of green electricity for the building portfolio in 2022. The target value is a maximum of around 800 tCO2e in 2038, which will remain as residual emissions for offsetting. The aim is to reduce emissions by around 2/3.
