The city of Emsdetten intends to build a new 5-group daycare center on Silberweg in the western part of Emsdetten. A new turning area has already been built between the house numbers Silberweg 54 and 56 for this purpose. The new class 3 building is largely planned as a 2-storey building. Part of the daycare center will be built as a 1-storey area. The building will mainly be a solid construction made of reinforced concrete and sand-lime brick. The daycare center will be founded on a floor slab with a surrounding frost apron. The building will have a flat green roof. The first floor of the building will have a facing façade and the upper floor will have timber cladding.
