The city of Doberlug-Kirchhain will restructure the paper output systems conceptually on August 1, 2024.all services (systems, software, service incl. software maintenance contract) will be financed via the so-called "MPS concept" by an external service provider on the basis of a uniform all-in rental contract.the rental of the devices is to take place over a period of 72 months. The contract is due to come into force on 01.08.2024. There is no option to extend the contract. The Doberlug-Kirchhain municipal administration has high expectations of the ergonomics, user-friendliness and cost-effectiveness of the new devices and plans to use a follow-me-print solution across the board. Another goal is to create a uniform driver and system landscape.
