Description

The Chamber of Industry and Commerce building in Cottbus is a listed building with 4 upper floors and a basement. The lighting system in building 1 is to be almost completely renewed, including drywall construction. In the course of this, the existing luminaires with fluorescent lamps and conventional converters will be dismantled, disposed of and replaced with new LED luminaires, taking particular account of occupational health and safety requirements when selecting the luminaires. The new luminaires are designed to provide particularly good glare control in the office and meeting areas. Furthermore, the luminaires will be dimmable and equipped with light color control (Human Centric Lighting, HCL for short). The luminaires in the office and meeting areas will be controlled via new push-buttons using a common radio transmission standard. This reduces the amount of new cabling and thus the construction costs, and the existing switches are to be dismantled at the location of the new push-buttons. Details can be found in the specifications as part of the tender documents.
