RW vehicle hall with 4 parking spaces, storage and technical areas3. Social wing / functional wing with changing rooms and sanitary facilities, offices, training and seminar areas etc. for the fire brigade and rescue services The alarm yard is surrounded to the north and south by the opposite vehicle halls of the fire brigade and rescue services, and to the east by the 2-storey functional wing. A central warehouse on the first floor spatially separates the functional areas of the FFW and the RW, while the changing areas, a workshop and other rooms assigned to the FFW are located in the northern part of the first floor. The southern part of the building houses the changing areas for the emergency services and the associated ancillary rooms, while the second floor houses the areas for training and seminars, offices, recreation areas with kitchens, storage areas, sanitary facilities and the rest rooms for the emergency services. The clear spatial separation of FFW and RW is similar to the first floor, in the middle of the building block.
