Description
The Berlin-Brandenburg State Laboratory (LLBB) intends to procure a van as a panel van with a high roof and driver's cab with a permissible total weight of 3.5 tons to carry out state-prescribed monitoring tasks. In addition, an all-wheel drive version and increased ground clearance are required. The passenger compartment/cargo compartment will be fitted with a laboratory interior by the state laboratory in a second separate award procedure. The vehicle is intended for use as a measuring vehicle for sampling groundwater and surface water in the state of Berlin. Based on existing knowledge of the existing vehicle pool, it is clear that a van with a high roof is required for the work of the samplers in the passenger compartment/cargo compartment. Furthermore, an all-wheel drive is necessary for a vehicle of this weight class on unpaved terrain, in particular to prevent it from getting stuck on unpaved surfaces. Certain basic requirements and vehicle characteristics (vehicle dimensions, high roof, motorization, electrics) are necessary for the vehicle due to the subsequent laboratory interior fittings (laboratory furniture, cooling technology, equipment technology, groundwater pipes). A van as a panel van and all-wheel drive version with a high roof (standing height >1.90m), with an engine of approx. 110kW (petrol or diesel engine), with an unladen weight of approx. 2.3-2.6t and a total weight of approx. 3.2-3.5t and a wheelbase of approx. 3.4m, with the current Euro 6d emissions standard and without interior panelling in the cargo area.
