United States - Temporary Help Services for Gate Staff

Description

The State of Wisconsin (State), Department of Administration (DOA), Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS), on behalf of the Wisconsin State Fair Park (WSFP), requests Bids for the purchase of Temporary Help Services for Gate Staff during the annual Wisconsin State Fair (WSF) and may be extended to non-WSF events at the WSFP and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract.

WSFP does not guarantee it shall purchase any specific quantity or dollar amount or pay any minimum contract cost during the term of the Contract. As required by Wisconsin Statutes, continuance of a Contract beyond the limits of funds available shall be contingent upon appropriation of the necessary funds, and the termination of the Contract by lack of appropriations shall be without penalty. The State reserves the right to cancel this RFB for any reason prior to the issuance of the Notice of Intent to Award.

WSFP seeks Temporary Help Services for Gate Staff at several site locations on the fairgrounds in West Allis, Wisconsin. This is for the annual Wisconsin State Fair which commences the first Thursday of August for eleven (11) straight days.
