The scope of services encompasses on demand, over the phone interpreter services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.Prospective vendors can access the solicitation documents and submit proposals through ICBC's Bonfire portal.All communication from and to ICBC including questions, solicitation document amendments, responses to questions and other information will also be published on ICBC's Bonfire portal.
