Description

Within the framework of the basic order, the Economic Operator shall deliver, implement and provide services for: 1. Cisco min. IP Telephone Cisco min. 7821 or equivalent* in black/grey with CUCM license 800 pcs. 2. Cisco min. IP phone 7841 or equivalent* black/grey with CUCM 150 pcs. 3. Cisco IP phone min. 8851 or equivalent* in black/grey with CUCM license and keyboard module 135 pcs.4. Cisco 8832 or equivalent* conference phone in black/grey with CUCM license and external microphone set and power module CP-8832-ETH-WW=25 pcs.5. Server Cisco min. BE7000M (M5) 2 pcs.6 Contact Center System for 25 agents meeting the requirements specified in item 3 OPZ together with the required licenses 1 pcs.7 License for 60 channels for ISR 4431 2 pcs.8 Unified Communications License for ISR 4431 2 pcs.9 System of tarification meeting the requirements specified in item 4 OPZ together with the required licenses 1 pcs.10Network fax system meeting the requirements specified in point 5 OPZ together with the required licenses of 1 pc.11. Cisco ISE Base Only License for 500 devices 1 pc.s. Under the optional order, the Ordering Party provides the possibility to purchase and supply the following devices and licenses together with the provision of service services for: 1. Cisco min. IP telephone Cisco min. 7821 or equivalent* black/grey with CUCM license up to 400 pcs. 2. Cisco IP phone min. 7841 or equivalent* black/grey with CUCM license up to 50 pcs. 3. Cisco IP phone min. 8851 or equivalent* black/grey with CUCM license and keypad module up to 30 pcs. 4. Black/grey IP Cisco 8832 or equivalent* conference phone with CUCM license and external microphone set and power module CP-8832-ETH-WWW = up to 15 pcs. 5Licenses for 30 call channels for ISR 4431 2 routers * Within the scope of equivalence, the Ordering Party requires delivery of phones with minimum parameters of the above mentioned phone models, in particular: 1. in terms of security, the device must allow for: a. protection of communication with the control server by means of TLS version 1.2; b. protection of audio stream by means of SRTP; c. support for authentication 802.1X;d. support for digital certificates; e.. support for authentication. support for encrypted configuration files;f. device software authentication;2. the device must be managed centrally through the Ordering Party's communication system in terms of at least: a. downloading and exchanging configuration files and software from the Ordering Party's communication servers;b. support for firmware which is signed digitally by the manufacturer and configuration files encrypted by the Ordering Party's communication servers;c. The device must be managed centrally through the Ordering Party's communication system in terms of at least: a. downloading and exchanging configuration files and software from the Ordering Party's communication servers;d. support for firmware which is signed digitally by the manufacturer and configuration files encrypted by the Ordering Party's communication servers. possibility of remote change of device settings: number and line description, functions assigned to programmable function keys, subscriber rights for given device lines, assignment to proper infrastructure elements (gates and MCU bridges); d. possibility of remote restart of device or group of devices; e. possibility of distribution of certificates for devices from communication servers of the Customer; 3. the device must be capable of being powered from a LAN computer network in accordance with the IEEE PoE standard and using local power supplies (transforming 230V network voltage);4. the device must be energy efficient and operate in Class 1 IEEE 802.3af (up to 3.84W);5. the device must have a built-in Ethernet switch, with two 10/100 Mbps ports (for a model equivalent to 7841, also 1000 Mbps bandwidth), one towards the network switch, the other dedicated to the PC; 6. the device must support at least the audio codecs specified by G.711 standardsDetails of the subject of the contract together with the Contracting Authority's requirements are described in Appendix No. 2 to the ToR - ToR - OPZ.
