Description
The primary objective of this requirement is to find a suitable partner for running the British Council Information Centre (BCIC) in Pakistan to ensure consistent, efficiency, security, integrity, standardization and scalability in the delivery process across the country. The scope of the contract with the service provider includes answering phone calls, making outbound calls, answering emails and social media responses (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, etc.) across Pakistan with a high level of quality and consistency.
