Description
By granting investment aid, the eight schools and hospitals located in the Emsland district, which are still under-served, are to be developed by means of the further compression of broadband expansion via an NGA network. The network operator is obliged to set up the broadband infrastructure, install and commission active components and operate them for a minimum period of 7 years.
