Description

THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and services to provide (1) 12’ x10’ precast concrete utility building, frost wall footing, site grading, structural backfill, underground conduits, relocate existing propane tank, generator, and transformer onto new precast pads. The new utility building shall include (1) 24,000 BTU mini-split heat pump, 200-amp main distribution panel, 100-amp electrical service panel, interior finished walls, outlets, lights, and a copper grounding system.  Contractor shall deliver building pre-assembled to be placed on contractor’s prepared spread footing foundation. Work includes demolition, removal, and proper disposal of the existing building, foundation, generator, equipment pads, underground conduits, security fencing, gates, posts, and concrete post footings. Work includes the proper handling and disposal of Lead-based paint hazardous materials.

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 Million.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
