Description

The CNR is seeking to set up a multi-tender framework agreement for Operational Assistance in Asbestos and Lead, covering location, control, updating and visual examination.
Operational Expertise Assistance - Asbestos and Lead in order to:* Carry out an Asbestos Before Work Inspection (RAT) adapted to the areas : installations, structures, equipment contributing to the performance or implementation of an activity, buildings, civil engineering structures, asphalt, land, ships, Carry out the CNR DTA control and updating service* Carry out the visual examination service after asbestos removal or containment work* Carry out the Repérage Plomb avant Travaux service adapted to the industrial process (RPTPE)* Following completion of the RPTPE, carry out the The laboratory carrying out the asbestos analysis will be accredited for the implementation of methods enabling the detection and identification of asbestos naturally present in manufactured materials and products. The laboratory must be accredited by the Comité français d'accréditation (Cofrac) or by any other accreditation body that is a signatory to the European Multilateral Accreditation Agreement (EA)Assignments identified with an asterisk must be considered as essential assignments, and as such may not be subcontracted by the applicant.
