Description
This contract concerns the implementation of drinking water and sanitation master plans in the 46 communes of the community. Each scheme will comprise 6 phases:- phase 1: inventory of fixtures;
- phase 2: modelling, exploitation of measurement campaigns and asset investigations;
- phase 3: security by reconciling water saving and asset optimization, assessment / diagnosis of sanitation systems;
- phase 4: scenario development and comparative study;
- phase 5: development of the master plan;
- phase 6: regulatory documents.
This contract does not include the carrying out of heritage measurement campaigns and field investigations: leak detection, metrology, sanitation, clear parasitic water detection, etc.
