Description
The procurement is for a multi-purpose X-ray diffractometer with Cu and Mo-K? radiation, which allows the application of several in-situ/operando X-ray methods to understand the structure/morphology of energy-related materials and their behaviour during operation.The detailed performance specification can be found in the attached tender documents (document: criteria catalogue).
