Description
A mobile painting simulator for practicing painting processes will be procured for the department. The simulator is used to virtually practice the motion and process sequence when painting various components. A further aim is to make the training more cost-effective as well as health and environmental friendly. It must be possible to simulate the following processes with the simulator:- HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) painting process;- Airless painting process;- Airmix painting process;- Edge Blending;- Powder coating;- Sandblasting (to prepare the components to be painted). 4 mobile painting simulators are procured in total. The painting simulators must be purchased and intended for sale and use in Germany through a distribution channel certified by the manufacturer. 5 years warranty on the simulator hardware and software is required. The costs are to be calculated accordingly in the following items.
