PROJECT: The CITY OF PORT-CARTIER is requesting bids for technical services for the cleaning and televised inspection of wastewater and stormwater pipes using conventional cameras, as part of the development of an intervention plan for the renewal of drinking water, sewer and roadway pipes, as well as all related preparatory work, as more fully described in the specifications, specifications and other tender documents produced on this subject.
OBTAINMENT OF BID CALLING DOCUMENTS: Persons interested in bidding may obtain copies of all bidding documents, including bid forms, only via the Electronic Bidding System ("E-bidding") website at www.seao.ca or by calling 1-866-669-7326, as of May 29, 2019.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The City shall not be liable for incomplete written notices or documents conveyed by electronic means or for any errors or omissions. Consequently, all bidders must ensure, before bidding, that they obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders.
BID AND PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES: The financial guarantees to be provided and other applicable requirements in this regard are specified in the specifications and other bidding documents.
TENDER FILING: Bids must comply with the specifications set out in the tender documents and be received by the Registry Service at the following address before the time indicated on the following deadline for bid closing:
