The municipality of Kressbronn a. B. intends to redevelop a central development area with a public use area of approx. 17,360 m2 and a residential area of approx. 19,050 m2 at the corner of Friedrichshafener Straße and Tettnanger Straße in Kressbronn.The urban development planning offer is to include residential areas for single, semi-detached or terraced houses (building plots) and for cooperative residential development. For the area of common use, a 5-group childcare facility, a fire station, a medical centre, an archive as well as communal rented housing is planned.For this purpose, the municipality has carried out an urban planning competition in 2020 for the total area of approx. 5.53 ha. The basis for the development plan procedure and the planning of the development of the area is the design by Dömges Architekten, which was awarded a prize in the competition and the subsequent VgV procedure. We are looking for an engineer who will take over the planning and supervision services for engineering structures and traffic facilities within the area, as well as for the traffic facilities required within the framework of the external development, as well as the planning of the open spaces. The project is to be implemented in several construction phases and divided into 3 specialist lots. The external development comprises road construction work, the construction of the footpath along Tettnanger Straße and Friedrichshafener Straße as well as crossing aids across Tettnanger Straße and Friedrichshafener Straße, possibly the construction of a roundabout.The internal development of the area includes road construction (roads, public parking spaces, barrier-free bus stops, street lighting, accompanying greenery) as well as sewer construction work (rainwater sewer, retention/infiltration, wastewater sewer), drinking water supply, and cable work (earthworks/empty conduits for telecommunications and cables, broadband supply. For the watercourse in the north-western area of the planning area, flood protection calculations and water law approval are required. The watercourse and bank design is assigned to the service profile outdoor facilities. The municipality is currently having a funded feasibility study carried out on the central supply of all properties with local heating, starting from the KIFAZ. We are looking for an engineer for civil engineering for the planning and construction supervision of engineering services of work phases 1-9 on the basis of HOAI 2021 §§ 45-48, for traffic facilities. The assignment is to be carried out in stages.
