Germany - Technical planning services in civil engineering and building construction

Description

The complete gutting of the former boarding school building (House 3) and a subsequent energy upgrade of the building including the complete building services are planned. In addition, the building is to have an escape staircase on the southeast gable (with elevator, if necessary), a barrier-free connecting structure to House 2 (including elevator) and an extension on the west side of the basement to create a sufficiently large meeting/community room (auditorium). Likewise, a terrain stabilization is planned on the east side.
Basic services of the object planning building service phases 1-9 according to § 34 i.V.m. Annex 10 HOAI (with modification in accordance with Section 6.2 of this tender document) in stages, initially commissioning of the basic services for service phases 1-4 in accordance with Section 34 HOAI, including the associated special services, as well as basic services for building physics in the service areas of thermal insulation / energy balancing and building acoustics (sound insulation) service phases 1-7 in accordance with Annex 1.2.2 HOAI as special services including the additional special services. Basic services for structural design, work phases 1-6 in accordance with § 51 in conjunction with § 51 i.V.m. Annex 14 HOAI (with modification in accordance with Section 6.2 of this bidding document) in stages, initially commissioning of the basic services for work phases 1-4 in accordance with Section 51 HOAI including the associated special services. Basic services of the technical equipment planning, plant groups 1 - 8, work phases 1-9 in accordance with § 55 in conjunction with § 55 in conjunction with § 55 in conjunction with § 55 of the HOAI. Annex 15 HOAI (with modification in accordance with Section 6.2 of this tender document) in stages, initially commissioning of the basic services for work phases 1-4 in accordance with Section 55 HOAI, including the associated special services.
