Germany - Technical planning services for mechanical and electrical building systems

Description

The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Augsburg State Building Authority, intends to convert and renovate the drinking water and fire extinguishing systems in several buildings of the Aichach correctional facility. In the course of this measure, the Augsburg State Building Authority initially intends to award the freelance services (planning services) for the technical planning of technical equipment in accordance with Part 4 Section 2 HOAI, Annexes 1, 2, 3 and 7 as a negotiated procedure with a call for competition in accordance with Section 17 VgV.
It is initially planned to commission the work phases 2-4 in accordance with HOAI Part 4 Section 2 and at a later point in time to gradually commission the work phases 5-9 in accordance with II.2.11.
The estimated total cost of the measure (KGR 200 - 700) is EUR 4 033 613,45 excluding VAT.
