Description
The state of Lower Saxony intends to replace House 1 with a new building for the Food and Veterinary Institute. The current House 1 will be fully used until the completion of the new building and will only be demolished after the employees have moved to the new building. The laboratories correspond to category S 1. According to the space programme and the task, the:- system group 3 air conditioning systems with the required refrigeration systems including the required insulation must be planned. For the overall LV technical insulation, the required details are handed over to an external office for tendering. The evaluation of the bid and property supervision are again carried out by the planning office LTA.
